Friends of PCPS is our complimentary rewards program, created to recognize the many ways your relationship with PCPS grows. Earn Points through qualifying purchases and visits, unlock Rewards as you reach meaningful milestones, and enjoy special thank-yous for referrals, birthdays, and sharing your experience.
Every patient’s journey is different, so Friends of PCPS offers more than one way to be rewarded.
Some Rewards are unlocked directly when you reach a milestone, refer a friend, celebrate a birthday, or participate in an eligible PCPS activity. You will also earn Points through qualifying purchases and completed visits, which can be exchanged for an evolving collection of additional Rewards.
Everything you earn is kept together in your Friends of PCPS account, ready whenever you are – no app necessary.
Enrollment is complimentary. Create your Friends of PCPS account to begin earning Points, unlocking Rewards, and tracking your available benefits.
Qualifying purchases and visits add Points to your account. Milestones, referrals, birthdays, and select activities can unlock Rewards directly.
Use your Points to explore a rotating collection of PCPS Rewards. Each Reward has its own point price, availability, and redemption details — giving you the freedom to choose what feels most valuable to you.
Earn Points through qualifying purchases and completed treatment visits. Select spending and visit milestones may also unlock additional Rewards along the way.
Share your personal referral link with someone you believe would feel at home at PCPS. Once their qualifying purchase or treatment has been verified, your Referral Reward will be added to your account.

Complete the activities that feel right for you, in any order. Each distinct activity counts once, and every new activity brings you closer to the next thank-you. Reviews and testimonials should always reflect your honest experience. No particular rating, statement, or sentiment is required.
Birthdays, special milestones, seasonal events, and limited-time opportunities can bring even more Rewards to your account. Keep an eye on your Friends of PCPS account so you never miss what is waiting for you.
The Friends of PCPS Reward collection changes throughout the year and may include:
Some Rewards are earned directly, while others can be selected using Points. Each Reward includes its own eligibility, redemption period, and combination details.
Points are earned at established rates through qualifying purchases and visits. They accumulate in one balance and can be exchanged for individually priced promotional Rewards.
Points do not represent cash and do not have a fixed dollar value. Different Rewards may provide different relative values, allowing you to choose how and when you use your Points.
Rewards are the actual benefits available in your Friends of PCPS account. A Reward may be unlocked through a milestone, referral, birthday, engagement activity, or special PCPS promotion. Additional Rewards may also be selected using Points.
Some Rewards include a redemption period or other individual conditions, which will be displayed with the Reward in your account.
Friends of PCPS is a complimentary rewards program available separately from our annual Inner Circle memberships.
Inner Circle and Inner Circle Essentials provide an additional level of preferred pricing, treatment credits, exclusive access, and membership benefits. Inner Circle members are also invited to enroll in Friends of PCPS, allowing them to track their membership benefits while earning additional Points and Rewards in one convenient account.
Membership does not automatically enroll you in Friends of PCPS. Enrollment is separate and available at no additional cost.
Friends of PCPS is also the best way to discover new Rewards, seasonal opportunities, upcoming events, practice updates, and the latest treatments available at PCPS.

Yes. There is no enrollment fee or annual fee to participate in Friends of PCPS.
No. Friends of PCPS is our complimentary rewards program. Inner Circle and Inner Circle Essentials are paid annual memberships offering additional savings, credits, access, and benefits. Patients may participate in both programs.
No. Points are not cash, account credit, or a fixed percentage of your purchase. Each available Reward has its own assigned point price.
Points do not expire. However, Friends of PCPS accounts with no qualifying activity for two consecutive years may be closed in accordance with the program Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Some Rewards are available for a limited period. Any applicable redemption period will be displayed separately with the Reward in your account.
Combination rules vary by Reward. Most Rewards cannot be combined with another discount unless the individual Reward expressly states otherwise. Certain Rewards may be combined with eligible Inner Circle membership benefits.
A Referral Reward becomes available after PCPS verifies that the referred patient has completed the applicable qualifying purchase or treatment.
