Hurwitz competes for Iron Surgeon

By Dennis Hurwitz on October 06, 2011

Dennis Hurwitz,  being recognized as an outstanding contributor to plastic surgery,  was asked by the American society of plastic surgeons to participate as an iron surgeon for the  prize of the supreme iron surgeon at its October scientific meeting in Denver Colorado. His presentation on a new type of upper body lift narrowly lost out to fellow Pittsburgh surgeon Dr. Peter Rubin. To the hundreds of plastic surgeons, who attended this parity on the TV show, the iron Chef, it was great fun and very educational.
