Ageing Hands

Fat augmentation has long been utilized by Pittsburgh plastic surgeons for volume restoration of the face with long-lasting results. The fat is conveniently removed using a small liposuction cannula from the patient under local anesthesia. It is then spun to remove excess fluids and carefully injected into a desired anatomical location. Once the micrografts of fat form blood supply at their recipient site, they should last forever.
