In May 2023, Carly graduated from Penn State Behrend with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications & Mass Media. Her academic foundation sparked a passion for social media and digital strategy, leading her to the world of medical aesthetics.
As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at the Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery, Carly brings a creative, detail-oriented approach to every post, reel, and campaign. She’s passionate about creating content that not only informs and educates but also reflects the confidence and individuality of the patients we serve. From curating beautiful, brand-aligned feeds to producing engaging video content, Carly ensures that every digital touchpoint reflects the care and excellence our practice is known for. Outside the office, Carly enjoys discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, playing golf, thrifting, and listening to live music.
Amanda Beckwith
Financial Coordinator
Amanda is the Financial Coordinator at PCPS, where she has been a dedicated team member for over 18 years, making her the longest-serving employee. She plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in all fiscal matters. She knows the ins and outs of the company’s finances and is always ready to lend a hand. When she’s not at work, Amanda stays busy and enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters.
Shannon Ewing
Aesthetic Surgery Coordinator
Shannon is the Aesthetic Surgery Coordinator, which means she meets with patients after their consultation with the PA and doctor. She goes over procedures in detail, answers any questions, and helps each patient plan out their surgery journey step by step. Shannon is dedicated to making sure everything feels clear, comfortable, and exciting as patients move forward.
Outside of work, she enjoys going on long bike rides, spending quality time with her husband and kids, and relaxing with some John Mayer playing in the background. For Shannon, it's all about balance and appreciating the little things in life.
Carly Pepper
Medical Assistant
Carly is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant who supports providers during in-office treatments, consultations, and post-operative appointments, while also assisting with administrative tasks. She has prior experience in dermatology and is passionate about patient care. Outside the office, Carly enjoys trail walks with her dog and exploring new restaurants.
