Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Surgery

With over 16 years of experience as a board-certified Physician Assistant, Kristen Rosati combines surgical expertise with aesthetic artistry to provide exceptional patient care. She began her career in general and bariatric surgery, dedicating 13 years to helping patients achieve life-changing results through both clinical practice and program development. Kristen was instrumental in founding and securing national accreditation for two bariatric surgery programs—in West Virginia and Ohio—reflecting her dedication to excellence and comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Kristen earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham University, both located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her strong academic foundation laid the groundwork for a career defined by clinical precision, innovation, and compassionate care.

Now specializing in plastic and aesthetic surgery, Kristen is especially passionate about guiding patients through the final stages of their weight loss journey. She focuses on body contouring procedures that help restore confidence and physical comfort. In addition, Kristen has developed a focused expertise in cosmetic injectables—including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators—using a customized approach to refine and enhance each patient’s natural features while maintaining balance and harmony.

Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Surgery

Katherine “Katie” Enos is a board-certified Physician Assistant at the Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery, where she brings a patient-focused, natural approach to aesthetic medicine. Born and raised in Derry, Pennsylvania, Katie now lives in Pittsburgh and loves being immersed in the vibrant energy of the city she calls home.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Slippery Rock University. She went on to complete a specialized fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery, receiving both theoretical and practical training under the mentorship of Dr. Armando Davila and Dr. Dennis Hurwitz. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has been practicing in the field for three years.

Katie is passionate about guiding patients through their aesthetic, health, and wellness journeys. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Her signature approach is rooted in enhancing natural beauty, and she strives to deliver subtle, holistic results that help patients feel like the best version of themselves.

In addition to her clinical work, Katie has participated in medical mission trips to Cusco, Peru, and Riobamba, Ecuador, reflecting her ongoing commitment to global health outreach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

With over 13 years in medical aesthetics, Chelsea Ali brings clinical expertise, advanced training, and heartfelt care to her role as Medical Aesthetician at Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery. Drawn to PCPS by the chance to support patients before, during, and after surgery, Chelsea’s involvement ranges from preoperative skin preparation and post-op treatments to occasionally assisting in surgery, reflecting her holistic, patient-centered approach.

Chelsea’s favorite part of working at PCPS is the team itself. “At PCPS, you’re really surrounded by people who are striving to be the best they can possibly be.” She values working in a culture where excellence, communication, and accountability are the standard.

After earning her aesthetician license, Chelsea pursued advanced education in permanent and corrective cosmetics, phlebotomy training, a diploma in skincare formulation, and experience as a medical assistant, equipping her to provide cutting-edge, results-driven treatments.

Chelsea believes skincare is for everyone and is passionate about helping patients feel confident and cared for through every step of their journey. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of two boys, spending time in nature, leading women’s retreats, and teaching dance and boxing—bringing the same energy and compassion to her community as she does to her patients.

Leeann Coltura, BSN, RN

Nurse

Leeann obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She began her career as a nurse in the Operating Room at UPMC Passavant in cardiac and vascular surgery. With over a decade of surgical experience, Leeann brings a caring, patient-focused presence to our plastic surgery team. She plays a key role in both pre- and post-operative care and assists with in-office surgical procedures.

Outside of work, Leeann enjoys staying active—whether that is weightlifting, spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, or caring for her growing collection of indoor plants.

Her favorite part of the job? The strong sense of teamwork and the shared commitment to growth and forward progress. “Every day, we support each other in growing both personally and professionally. We are truly valued not just for what we do, but for who we are as individuals.”
